Our Commitment to Excellence program is designed to ensure that we’re meeting the quality expectations of our factory-built and modular housing. By using evaluations from our customers, we’re able to track customer satisfaction and implement ongoing improvements based on the feedback we’ve received.

We ask Skyline customers to evaluate their buying experience to ensure that you and future home buyers will be satisfied their new Skyline home, as well as the professionalism, service and follow-up of the retail home dealer from whom you purchased your home. If you had to do it all over again, would you choose a Skyline home? Would you do business with the same factory-built housing home dealer? Would you recommend Skyline or the dealer to a relative or friend?

The responses from Skyline homeowners are translated into a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) that is compiled by an independent nationally recognized industry leader in tracking customer satisfaction. The CSI score enables Skyline to monitor if the customer’s expectations have been met. The CSI score has enabled Skyline to continually improve customer satisfaction, even in today’s competitive, quality-oriented market. This effort has resulted in improved homes for our customers.
